Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues out of our control. 

Flat rate shipping

Flat rate shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Though we offer flat rate shipping, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate some locations as it is not economically feasible for us to ship. If you have placed an order and we are unable to ship, you will be contacted with alternative options.

Local delivery

$5 local delivery is available for orders within Montreal (city limits).

Deliveries are made from 9 am-8 pm on weekdays . We will contact you via the phone number or email you provided at checkout to schedule a delivery date and time. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA.

Flat rate shipping to the USA: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Though we offer low flat rate shipping, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate locations where it is not economically feasible for us to ship. If you have placed an order and we are unable to ship to you, you will be contacted with alternative shipping options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Popcorn Celebration Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at popcorncelebration@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship via courier and have limitations when shipping to P.O Boxes. Home addresses are preferred. If you choose to ship to a P.O box, your order may be subject to cancellation and if it is shipped to your PO Box and returned to us the shipping costs will be deducted from your order value. 

Return to Sender

Our priority is to ensure that you receive your package, although occasionally delivery may be unsuccessful due to courier-related factors. In the event that your order is returned to our facility, we will contact you promptly to make arrangements for its delivery. Please note that any charges associated with reshipping your order will be the responsibility of the customer and our flat rate shipping does not apply. Alternatively, if you decide to cancel your order, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
